This is a 30 foot run of steel stringer stairs with 4000 psi concrete tread inserts. Norris Lake was at winter pool at this stage. We just completed this steel stair step addition. We installed a total of 112' of steps on this property. Generally we construct wood steps all the way down until flood level of the existing lake which in this case it was 760' above sea level for Herrington Lake. After 760' we install a steel framed staircase down to the water. Our steel steps have 4000 psi concrete treads inside the frame for efficiency and performance. About 90% of customers stop the steel stairs around 725' above sea level just to give you an idea. Please give us a call today to come evaluate your property.
